How does a typical event work?

Our team arrives at your venue ahead of time to set up the battlefield with inflatable barriers and game zones. We then conduct a safety briefing, explain game rules, and supervise various battle scenarios, ensuring everyone has a blast.

What age groups are suitable for Dart Battle Party?

Our events are designed for participants aged 6 and up. We tailor game modes and equipment to suit the age group, ensuring safety and enjoyment for all players.

How many participants can you accommodate?

Our standard packages cater to up to 12 participants. However, we can accommodate larger groups upon request. Please contact us for a custom quote if you expect more than 12 players.

Can parents or guardians participate?

Can participants use their own blasters?

Yes, participants are welcome to bring their own foam dart blasters. However, to ensure fairness and safety, we inspect all personal equipment before gameplay and provide standardized darts compatible with most blasters.

We can set up in various locations, including backyards, parks, gymnasiums, and community centers. It's essential to ensure the chosen venue has enough space and complies with local regulations. If you're considering a public area, please check if any permits are required.

How long does a typical event last?

Our standard events run for approximately 2 to 2.5 hours, including setup, gameplay, and teardown. We offer flexible timing and can adjust the duration based on your preferences.

What safety measures are in place?

Safety is our top priority. We provide protective eyewear for all participants, conduct thorough safety briefings before gameplay, and have trained staff supervising the event to ensure all rules are followed.

What happens if there is bad weather?

Dart Battle Party events can continue in light rain, but severe weather (thunderstorms, high winds, lightning) may require rescheduling for safety. While deposits are non-refundable, they can be applied toward a future booking within 12 months.

What is your cancellation policy?

We understand that plans can change. Cancellations made at least 7 days before the event date are eligible for a full refund. For cancellations within 7 days, we offer rescheduling options based on availability.

Do you operate year-round?

Yes, we offer Dart Battle Party experiences throughout the year. For outdoor events, we recommend considering seasonal weather conditions and having an alternative indoor venue in case of inclement weather.

What if a participant gets injured?

While we prioritize safety and have measures in place to prevent injuries, accidents can happen. Our staff is trained in basic first aid, and we recommend having a first aid kit on-site. Participants (or their guardians) are required to sign a waiver before gameplay.

Will photos or videos be taken at my event?

The Fun Foam Party may capture photos and videos for promotional purposes. If you prefer not to have photos taken, please send us a written request before the event.

Are there any travel fees?

Our base pricing includes travel within a 50 mile radius of our headquarters. Events outside this area may incur additional travel fees, which will be discussed during the booking process.

How far in advance should I book?

To ensure your preferred date and time, we recommend booking at least 4-6 weeks in advance, especially during peak seasons like spring and fall. However, feel free to contact us for last-minute availability.

How is payment handled?

A $100 deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your event. The remaining balance must be paid no later than 24 hours before your event. We accept all major credit cards for payment. For corporate bookings, we’re happy to discuss flexible payment options to meet your needs. Your booking isn’t confirmed until the deposit is received, so be sure to complete payment to lock in your date!
